Hiiiii yโall, so itโs been 2 months since Iโve run and the physio has finally given me the ok to start running again!! ๐
Iโve decided to start over right back at the beginning of the programme so I can build up the strength in the tendons around my hip and build up my general stamina!
I cannot tell you how excited I am ๐๐ป๐ค whoo hoo xx

Yes still running 3 times a week up to 10k but think thatโs my limit now. Slow in this heat after all my moaning about the snow. Youโll be glad to get back out there I bet you donโt need to start from week 1 though but youโll be cautious maybe the best way. Good luck ๐
Thatโs fantastic! I can barely walk in this heat let alone run so hats off to you ๐ช๐ป youโre right about being cautious but Iโm excited to go for it. Maybe when itโs a bit cooler though!!
Welcome back you..... we are looking forward to your returning to run posts... It will be helpful for folk reading them...
Many of us have got off the IC and begun the plan again...I suspect that is where I will starting yet again after I climb off the IC! It is fun...no pressure and you know what to do
Take care in the heat.. and maybe check out my last post...
Right back to week 1 run 1 c25k on the advice of the physio... small chunks to start with so the gentle lead in will be perfect. And itโll help with any anxiety I have about re-injuring myself!!
Yes thanks Cat,Iโm well and still running. Still have little twinges with me ankle but much better and I have even been for a gait analysis and treated myself to some Brooks ! Yea! I know Iโm a little devil hee! hee!.
Anyhoo they are so much better ,
Have been running early mornings 6.00am and thatโs so much better.
