Hi I’m new and just completed my first run!!

Used to run years ago when I was younger and a lot thinner but between work, family and life in general I stopped most forms of exercise and the weight gain followed! After unsuccessfully losing weight through diet clubs I decided to take up walking swimming and the gym but not really seeing much difference and lost motivation. So now I’m keen to get back into running again, decided I’d rather feel fitter even if not any thinner so after downloading the c25k app I put it off for a few days but this morning I’ve just completed my first run and feel good for it! Though 2 things going on my shopping list, good sports bra and some tena ladies 🙈🤣🤣🤣 Now to go and collapse on the sofa for the next half hour lol
