Up early. Heat is a great motivator. Wednesday morning will be much cooler than any other this week so up and run today so I can run on Wednesday too. Mad, eh?
Very uneventful 4k. No toxic 10 and minimal gremlin activity - I think they had a lie in.
Ran up Sirens Hill to Parklife by Blur. I am cutting down on my pork life and getting some exercise!
Not checked properly but I think thatβs my fastest run so far. Sweat now pouring off me.

I think itβs forecast to be 30 in London on Wednesday π . Will try & get a brisk walk in the morning & hoping to do a short run at wβend. Really impressed with your statsπ

This hill I run up has a false flat at the top and itβs really hard. Itβs in the last half k of my runs. As I reached that point I got βitβs got nothing to do with your vorsprung durch technic, you knowβ. Donβt know why but it made me lol whilst running, which gave me a coughing fit and startled the nearby bus queue. Happy times.

Great stats. Would you explain the elevation thing to me please? I have it in my stats, but can't figure it out .
I ran this morning too, I was late getting out, though still about 7.15 and by the sea, but was too hot really. Running Wednesday evening, hope it's still cooler.
I have no clue what the number means. The online resources claim it is βelevation gainsβ (which is the total of all gains) and that is not right for my route.
It may be the difference between the start and the highest point on the route but itβs certainly not a reflection of the min/max difference nor of the overall gain.
