Well I can honestly say that since starting the C25K , this morning was the first time that I just didn’t want to run. The gremlins were there in the bedroom when I woke up and they joined me in the car and had multiplied by the time I started to run.
After the high of graduating I think I was feeling a bit adrift- not quite ready for the bridge to 10K - (although ju ju’s plan looks exciting I think it’s something for the future) -but wanting to progress.
As always- reading everyone’s posts on here actually made me determined to keep going and so I put on a podcast and the MapMyRun app and left the gremlins behind somewhere around 1K. And guess what- just planning on running for 30 minutes, when I got there I carried on and ran 4 km!
Still 🐌like I think at 39.05 but a slightly faster 🐌 and covering more distance so that’s my next challenge. 1x 3k run, 1x 3.5 k run and 1x4 k run a week and gradually build up until I can do 5k in 30 mins. To quote Oldfloss- slow and steady does it 👍🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️😊

Fantastic Beanjo!! Those gremlin slaying runs are the best! Your distance in that time is great! We snails continue to get better so nothing wrong with slow and steady! We are rocking it perfectly our way!! Well done you!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️
