Hi all. Haven’t been on here for several days. Just crazy busy at work. But managed a 25min run this morning. I had taken an extra days rest as just could not fit a run in yesterday. Although I do think my body needs it.
Lovely morning to go running. Not sure I enjoy the actual running but I love the feeling when I’m finished. Like many others on here though I found W7R1 easier than W6R1. Starting to find my pace - it’s a very slow one but I’m a runner!!!

Go you! Well done. What a great start to your day.
I found that run really hard and haven’t run since. I have had to step my C25K back a bit after some advice.
Well done! I enjoyed Week 7 a lot more than Week 6. No more intervals and finding your rhythm and pace. I am on Week 8 now and haven't really noticed the increased running time to 28 minutes - am hoping the transition to Week 9 will be as smooth!
I found myself thinking, oh it's "only" another 3 minutes - amazing when at the start of the programme, I was thinking 'oh god I've got to run for 3 minutes next week'!
I so know what you mean. I found W3 the hardest of all - it took me 3 attempts and now I’m running 25mins. It’s a fabulous feeling isn’t it. I can’t believe how well this programme works. I’m telling everyone that will listen (and even a few that won’t).
