I have had some back pain over the past week and where I was doing three runs a week up until end of week 4, week 5 has stretched over ten days and it is now four days since I ran at all. I'm wondering whether just to press on and do wk6r1 tomorrow or drop back to beginning of week 5 again. Any thoughts? I'd rather just push on. Back pain just ordinary back pain that gets better when I move about. Thanks v much!
