I’ve just started day 1 of wk 2 and I feel great, almost like it’s quite easy, but I know it will get a lot harder lol
You’ll be ready Take each run as it comes. Slowly is the best way to tackle these runs 💪👍😃

Have you seen this link? Lots of great info. Don't worry about it getting harder - it will😄 BUT each week builds towards the next and you will be ready for it and so will Girlboss_123
Just keep your pace slow and steady as you build to that 30min non-stop running. C25K has set many of us on the way, it really is a brilliant plan.
