I agree with others the challenge and mental benefits are fantastic. I have grown to love running whilst completing the challenge - not only do I fell better physically but mentally the benefits have been extremely positive. Running hasn’t changed my life but it has helped me cope more positively with what life throws at me! Keep going!

Good to hear that. What sort of runs are you doing at the moment?

At the moment I try to do 4 runs a week 2 x 30 minute during the week and 2 slightly longer about 40mins on a weekend.

I feel more positive since starting running. I assume it's helping and it's not just because I'm solar powered and the weather is good. I still wish life would just stop throwing things at me for a bit!

Your runs sound amazing, 40 mins!
