So I'm on week 6 and have done something, not sure if it's muscle or nerve or both but for the first time I've not completed a run an had 6 days off, where do I start from now? Shall I go back a week or two??

No, just redo the run you couldn't finish. You'll be surprised, the week off will hardly seem to matter 👍😉

As long as the pain has gone... then repeat the unfinished run and then carry on steady and slow..:)
