So I'm back pounding the streets🎉
After 5 months without a run I've restarted the plan on Week 5:1 tonight. It felt good to be running again, especially as it was neither cold nor wet like most of my runs earlier in the year. It was a challenge (as I thought it would be) but the app is so good at keeping you going and I can't wait to take on 5:2 in a few days.
There is one small struggle I faced - the constant wedgie! I never had this problem back in March, so I'm wondering if this is simply the result of my new running shorts not sitting well with my underwear or if this is actually a common running problem?
