Ok, I'm going to start week 2 R1. As I have a day off today , I've gotten up a little later. What should I eat before my run in order in ensure I don't feel lathargic or demotivated during the run. I normally go at 6.30 am with some water but it's 9am now and I have had nothing to eat. Should I have porridge with blueberries and then wait 2 hours then run or should I drink water, have some fruit and run in 30 min. I want to do it before midday though.

I’d go with the light version and run earlier. It’s going to get hot hot hot.

It’s definitely water for me Kashy! You’ll need plenty of it in this heat. Have a great run! ❤️
