Oh boy this weather is defo heating up, still went out at my usual 5.45am but could feel it warmer this morning, still managed to complete W8R2 but found it more challenging, I took longer to get into steady breathing, I'm going to blame the heat and stay positive that next run will be more enjoyable

It does throw many of us... so well done you. Make sure you are well hydrated.. all the time...not just run days and take it very steadily
