Where I am in Cumbernauld, near Glasgow the max temperature today was 27.2C 81F at 5 pm, even at 7pm it was 24C, 75F, still too darned hot for a run, wait until it's about 16c, before a run, if it goes to that at all, they say Wednesday and Thursday are going to be even hotter, about 30C 86F. not just in the south of England but even here in Scotland.

Just back. Slow plod this evening. Certainly not breaking any records, but quite cool and shady running along the canal. Rest day tomorrow! Will probably go swimming. 🏊‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️

Yup, I’m just back also. A very slow 28 minute run, but I don’t care. Cup of tea and cake now! 😊
