I did it, I did it, I did it..... and no one to gloat to except the dog, as captain Ahab just started off across the Bay of Biscay.....
Picking up on sallenson changes...I switched The Fliegende Hollander for Vltava.....perfect nice slow build up and a steady flowing motion. I chose a gradual incline, so I could sail down in the second half (thought still slooowly!) - but then I lined up lots of cheesy stuff in the last 10 mins, luckily the Highlands are quiet at 8am because I am not sure how folks would have reacted to the sweaty singing madwoman!!
I am going to miss Michael J, and have no idea how to motivate to continue (setting a target in run keeper to do 10k by 1/10/18).... feeling determined though!
Will continue to keep an eye on this site....it’s been amazing for motivation and I am really going to miss it all. For a non-clubby person, I have felt hugely proud at being part of this particular club!
Those still on the journey - keep your eye on the big cup...it will light up for you and you will feel ridiculously pleased when it does
Thank you all

You have certainly had an interesting ride to say the least and now you are one amongst the gods (or baby gods at least) of running! I’m so happy for you! I hope the Bay of Biscay behaves like a mill pond of calm for your boys. They are doing well too. You deserve all the happiness and success due to you! Well done! 🥇🥇🥇
Thank you...us godlings must continue to stick together for safety!! They are trolling slowly over the bay...rumour has it they will be back in Scotland Friday...woo!!
Well done!! I have just one more to go but feeling confident after this morning’s run. You are right the support on this forum has been amazing- see you on the other side....😊
Yay!! Brilliant!! You did it!! And with Smetana on hand to guide you home too!!
We all knew you would, cos you've been a brilliant running buddy all the way through. xx
Now let's have a big C25K push to bring your lads home where they belong, and let's take this 10K thing out back, nick its dinner money and go and buy beer.
Well done you I'm sure if the Dog could have said it he/she would have said the same thing. As for madwoman singing and running and sweating at the same time there are quite a few of us out there!!! Well done again and keep it up.
