Don't think I can realistically describe this as PG run 5, maybe 4a and a bit, but today me and the young 'uns did our 5k fun run at Wollaton Hall.
We had a great time, lots of flossing to warm up, and if you don't know what that is you're just not cool π we walked a bit and ran a bit, and even though we forgot to check the big clock we were definitely back in under an hour π not bad to say we carried a large stick most of the way π
Subway picnic, courtesy of the sponsors and still enough energy left for an hour on the park π
Kids thrilled to bits with their running bling π π π and already planning their next oneπ 100% recommend if you want some fun with the kids.

Sounds like a lovely day out with the family in the sun. And as the best thing about PG runs is that there are absolutely no rules, I would very definitely say you can count that as PG5
I did it with a 9 and 4 year old, and they both made it round under their own steam, but there were babies in buggies and even a mobility scooter so all ages and abilities really.
Just a fun day out for us, the serious runners were on the way back before we'd even got off the first straight π
