The big one done!

Just under a month ago I started doing C25K having let myself slack a bit due to uni.

Here I am having just run for 20 minutes without stopping, and not only that but it felt quite easy. I didn’t lose my breath and I felt comfortable pretty early on.

I still feel like I’ve cheated a little by using the treadmill, but hey it’s better than nothing!

Don’t think about it as cheating. It’s just a different type of running. Well done!

Look up a YouTube clip - how to run on a treadmill by mo Farah. If he’s training on treadmills it’s not cheating!

Well done and congrats on the run! 😀
