However both my ankles are swollen, one more than the other. Plan to RICE the life out of them and hope they are better for Sunday for my next run.
My boyfriend suggested it’s how I’m running but I really think the ground it a bit slanted where I run (it’s really hilly round here). I’m gonna go to a park that I know is flat on Sunday and see if that changes things.
I have had a gait done and I am in the supination category, and I’m running in Brooks Ghost 13.
