I was soooo worried about this run. I nearly didn't do it.. I put my running shoes on and walked out the door... dreading every minute of it... started to run... omg! I felt amazing! I did it! I actually did it! And the main thing was I wasn't strugglong half as much as I thought I would be. After finishing the run I felt like I could do anything! ! I ran and I LOVED it! I preferred this run to last weeks runs 😂
