Week 8 run 3 getting there now

Out early for this final run of week 8, first 5 mins have been tough but today it seemed easier and managed to keep a regular pace for the duration. I have enjoyed the running for the last 3 weeks here in Normandy completing weeks 6 -8 sucessfully, the country roads are so quiet only cows and the very occasional tractor for company. Back to UK at the weekend so will crack on with week 9 on Monday or Tuesday.
