Did it

After a very disappointing and failed w4r1, I took some very well received advice and shook it off and did it again, rather than go back a few runs. Despite being lapped by the same snail a few times, I did it.

May not

Look elegant as I’m sweaty and red faced but I feel amazing.

Thanks for the support

Well done! W4 R2 was my ‘I can’t do it’ run on Monday ... just did W4 R3 (so same run!) and breezed it at a faster speed than usual. Just showed me not to get despondent which is what I really needed!

Thanks kat. At the moment concentrating on getting the time. Will work on distance once up to 30 mins

Well done, runner. We learn more from the hard runs than the easy ones. Enjoy the next one.

Hi pencoed, I actually dropped my pace for this one. Figured was the only way to get the duration. Speed and distance will come once I’ve mastered running for 30 mins
