When I was in week 1, I couldn't imagine being where I am now. And here I am, running for 8 whole minutes in one go! Twice!!
I am seeing improvements in every run I do, my breathing is getting easier, my legs are getting stronger, I feel like I want to go on and on and on and have to force myself to stop. One of the hill's I go up which I struggled with so much the first time I did it, is getting much easier.
When Jo came on and said '60s to go!', I upped the pace and pushed harder than I have done before. Not a sprint, but certainly the quickest I've been. It felt A-MAZ-ING. Sigrid's 'High Five' was playing in my ears, I was in the park and I was definitely RUNNING!
I'm so excited for the next one!
