So I dragged myself through week8 run 1 this morning, didn't feel as 'easy' or smooth as my week 7 runs have been. I didn't go as fast as last week either, my average speed has dropped to limping snail rather than just snail...
Within 5 minutes of being home I started to feel nausea and still feeling ropey now and soooo tired, could fall asleep at my desk. Has anyone else experienced this after a run? Hoping I'm not getting a bug, but also hoping its not the running that's causing it as (most days!) I'm really enjoying it.

Hope you feel better soon. I've never felt this sorry xxx
Oh no that’s a shame. Could be a bug? I started getting that a year ago- but I got a migraine with it & had to stop running while they investigated. I’m on beta blockers now. Hopefully that won’t be the case for you. Take it easy & maybe give yourself a couple of days off.
I felt like that after my last 10k. Knocked my confidence loads. Hard to get my head neck in gear. Keep going and I think we’ll agree that they were just one of those bad runs👍🏽
Thanks for your replies, I wonder if it was low blood sugars as I felt a lot better after I'd had some fruit and a cereal bar for lunch (really didn't want to eat though as felt so sick!)
I have been getting up and heading out running first thing in the morning, wonder if I need something before I go or as soon as I get back now the runs are longer? Maybe a banana?
