Finished my first 30 minute run today. Did my last week 8 run 6 days ago and had eaten junk all week (the work week from hell), so was apprehensive. But I did it and I feel really great. I was a proper coward at the beginning and only got through week 5 with fab support from here. I can't believe I did a 30 minute run, and after a bad week too. I've got those gremlins licked. If you're half way through the programme and think you can't do it, you're wrong. Good luck, all.
