Sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week. Please join in the discussion
If you're new or a lurker this is a great place to say a little hi without the pressure of a full post.
Have a great week, and enjoy your runs

Hi I've just started the program. I need to lose weight and get fit again. I used to be a competitive runner running anything from 5k to marathon, but injury caused me to stop for sometime and I never regained my fitness. The injury has since hampered many returns to running, so I'm hoping that by following a program and starting as a complete beginner again I will be able to run injury free again.
This week has been my first consolidation week since graduating. It's been good! I decided to see if i could get to 4k - out of curiosity. So i gave it a go Monday and managed it. Stuck to 30 mins Wednesday (well 28!) and felt quite good Friday when my 30 min timer went off so just kept on running to 4k again. Turns out getting to 4k meant running for an extra 7 minutes so i'm going to stick to alternating 4k and 30 min runs fora couple of weeks and see how i go.
Hi Everyone. Good week. Got my graduation badge and started running without Laura in my ear. Even managed 5k although it took me 32 minutes. Big thank you to everyone in this group for all the support and encouragement and to the admin team for all the great advice Iβve picked up over the last couple of months. Onwards and upwards, but Iβm staying right here. Itβs where my running buddies are! π·ππββοΈπ
