Hello everybody and welcome to Monday.... its a new day, a new week and a new opportunity to make some changes in our lives... Welcome to a new week!!!
Sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week. Please join in the discussion
If you're new or a lurker this is a great place to say a little hi without the pressure of a full post.
Have a great week, and enjoy your runs

Hi Ju-ju, this morning I completed run 3 of week 8, the last 28-minute run, I ran along the Forth Walkway at Stirling, about 15 miles from where I live, nice scenery overlooking the Wallace Monument, Stirling Castle and the Scottish Highlands in the distance, the run went fine and I did not come across any problems. So on Wednesday, it is the last week of C25K for me with a 30-minute run, I'll do the first two runs locally but intend to do the final graduation 30 minutes run along the promenade at Helensburgh which is about 30 miles from where I live.
Few more days of my holiday (now in Lake District) before heading home, planning on a some nice relaxing consolidation runs after my crazy first postgrad week where I seemed to break βthe 10% ruleβ in every way it could be broken! Then will be starting ju-juβs β10 is the Magic numberβ plan.
Two solo post grad consolidation runs completed. This week one more run them my sister is back from her very lomg bike ride recovery! We are planning new routes with small hills!! Excited! πβ°
