Well I've just completed this run albeit not quite to plan!

Forgot to charge my watch (which is also an MP3 player), so no time and no music 😦. Went out regardless as no other time to do it today. Also tired due to kids illness this week and carrying football-related knocks on both legs 😑. First time in the program that I've felt unprepared for a run.

Ultimately though I managed approximately 28 minutes running with no walk breaks, and about 4.2K. Not quite to plan but I'm at least happy that I can do the next run confident that I have already done it (i.e 25 minutes)!

Hoping the knocks ease off a bit in time for the next run!

So very well done, that’s a great achievement... here comes the “but”😀...

it is worth sticking to plan and seeing the program through to avoid unwanted injuries. The IC is a frustrating place to be. 😃

Elf, you are absolutely right and I will not only continue to the end of the program, but aim to get some discipline in my run times. I always do my warm up and warm down walks, as well as the stretches. Now I'm in the later stages it should be easier to manage! 👍
