So beforeI had my baby I used to be a 45-60 min runner 4/5 times a week until I got pregnant and that had to stop! Started the couch to 5K and was full of dread on week 1 run 1 but now after 3 weeks I am starting to remember why I loved running before, even my husband has commented on how skinny my legs are looking cant wait to do the rest of the weeks and nail that 5k, even thinking about signing up for a 10k run something for me to aim for ππΌββοΈππΌββοΈππΌββοΈππΌββοΈ
