Completed the course today, after 9 weeks of aches, pains and doubts I did it. Wish I had found this forum earlier, but hope for tips to keep increasing my time and distance

Well done. It feels good to complete the challenge doesn't it? Just keep on running 3 times a week, adding a few minutes onto your runs. I managed to run 5k 2 wks after graduating! It took me just under 44 mins!!! It feels great. Keep on running xxx

Congratulations, fantastic achievement, well done!

Welcome to the forum, this really is a great place to get advice, support and encouragement ... and keep posting so we know how you're getting on.

The best way forward at the end of C25k is to consolidate your 30 min runs for two or three weeks.

If you've got a local Parkrun they are a good way to run 5k. There's a great atmosphere and although you won't be one of the front runners (unless you're superman!) you definitely won't be the last, some people walk the whole way.

Once you've consolidated you can decide what to do next, many choose to work through a Bridge to 10k program ... there's a Bridge to 10k forum where Ju-ju offers an excellent program.

Good luck with whatever you choose to do.

Keep up the good work ... happy running!
