Getting there now, enjoying my morning runs along the quiet country lanes in Normandy. Glad to complete with no adverse effects, week 8 here I come 🙂

A nice break 2 weeks done and one to go, plenty of oysters, mussels plus cheese and wine so it's a good job I'm back running. Should finish week 8 before I leave, getting closer to 5K ve very week.
