Congratulations! I'm not the best person to ask I'm still not sure so I keep repeating the 30 min runs might try a park run next weekend x

Well done!! I'll be interested to hear what others say as I'm in the same boat as you. I'm just taking it slow and trying to enjoy it for now, repeating week 9 until things feel a easier!

Congratulations - enjoy your achievements for a few weeks. Just run for fun and remain in the habit of running three times a week. There are c25k+ podcasts you can use when you want something to follow, then there is the move to bridge to 10k. Park runs are also good to do if there is one near you.

Bask in the glory... Graduate! Massive congratulations...!

This, is just the beginning of your running journey now...:)

Take some time, a couple of weeks to build up and consolidate those 30 minute runs... take some runs, just because you can... I called them, my runs for joy!

Try different routes, different speeds.. a short slighter faster one, maybe, a longer, see where you get to, run... but make sure consolidation of the 30 mins is there somewhere in the week's runs:)

Enjoy running, because you can, then, after a couple of weeks, maybe move onto C25K+ podcasts, they are great because they teach us so much more about our running..our running legs have only just got going, and the stamina and strength, we need for running takes a long time to build.

Go get that badge, enjoy the party and then get ready to go!! :)
