Tough going tonight: I was solo so no chatter to distract me, I’d been sat in a meeting since 1.30 and so my calves were like lumps of lead (my feet swell when I’m sat down all day, especially if it’s hot) and I did walk a couple of steps. It was windy too and not so warm (setting off - soon warmed up!)
But according to my Fitbit I knocked another 20s off the first km and did the 2nd and 3rd km faster than previously also. You don’t feel the improvement at all - my dead slow is obviously not as slow as it used to be. I reckon by the end of this programme I may be getting near 4K in 30mins - that’s my target 🎯
