Couldn't shake off the leg cramps this session for some reason, (calves and hamstrings) so it was a bit of a battle. Does anyone have any tips on combatting these? I did the warm up walk and everything else to the letter...ah well the good thing is I'm not disheartened, I know it's easy to have good and bad sessions and it's not quite as linear progress wise as we would like it to be! 😌

I had the same thing in Wk1.... just legs getting used to things I think. Try half a banana an hour before you run... works for me!

I got a cramp mid-run the other morning (w6r1), my first one since i started. On the next walking segment i just stopped and stretched it out. Luckily it was at 6am and nobody saw this fool stretching out her leg on a bypass road πŸ˜‚
