OMG what an emotional weekend. I completed my c25k on saturday with a 5k Park run in 38 mins.Then Sunday my daughter and I did the Race for life 5k along Bournemouth seafront in 35 mins.I would not of imagined 10 weeks ago that I would be doing this .Its been tough and painful but well worth it and I am proud of myself.
