Hello just starting out. Completed first week but both hips have started hurting now and I should be starting week 2 today. Not sure if I should give it a miss and let hips settle down or just carry on? Thankyou

I work at Holland and Barratt so I buy a protein powder from there. You mix it with milk. Xxxx
You can expect to feel it if you are new to running and/or exercise in general
These early sessions are slow - jogs but mainly walking - so should be do-able 🙂

Great stuff. Keep going oh so slowly and carefully. There is no rush for thus. The only imperative is to complete each session. Going steady will get you there 🏃♀️🙂
