Just starting up. Enjoyed 1st run ... but now need to keep it up (where I struggle). Anyone else just starting?

Run day rest day Monday run Wednesday run Friday run weekend off worked for me 👍

Congrats on doing day 1!!!! Starting is such a huge step! After my day 1, I thought through my apps and switched things up a little to get excited for wk 1 run 2. I'm starting week 3 today, so I still feel pretty new. I try to focus on getting through, not pace, and being proud of myself for finishing. You've got this!!

I have just completed run 1 and getting ready to do run 2 tomorrow my massive struggle is whatever happens my shins are so PAINFUL :( xxx

Hello, shouldn’t you have a rest day in between. Also maybe try running on grass if shins hurt. Good luck

Keep her lit Chugging! Run 1 on week 1 is by far the hardest. I had several rest days before run 2, my legs were soooo sore. It'll come, just keep on it.
