Hello just starting out. Completed first week but both hips have started hurting now and I should be starting week 2 today. Not sure if I should give it a miss and let hips settle down or just carry on? Thankyou

Drinking protein after makes a huge huge difference for me. I rarely ache at all. Xxxx

You can expect to feel it if you are new to running and/or exercise in general
These early sessions are slow - jogs but mainly walking - so should be do-able 🙂

If you’d rather have an extra day between runs then that’s perfectly fine 👍👍👍👍😃
thankyou! I did my run and all is fine did some extra stretches and seems OK atm. Next run is today! 😁

Great stuff. Keep going oh so slowly and carefully. There is no rush for thus. The only imperative is to complete each session. Going steady will get you there 🏃♀️🙂
