Wasn’t my best run but i did it!

Learnt some important lessons this morning that i’d like to pass on though...

1. Don’t forget your water bottle on a hot day

2. Don’t eat a square of chocolate (for energy obviously) before running ...especially if you don’t have water with you...

I couldn’t breathe properly all the way round because my throat was clogged with chocolate!!

Serves me right...must try to like bananas! 😂

Can’t wait to see graduate next to my name! 😃

The chocolate incident made me smile as I choked on a midge fly thing half way through this mornings run.... I wished it was chocolate 😂🙈 out in the middle of no where and thinking oh god.... please don’t let this fly be the end of me 😂🙈
