First time to post here, but I've been reading the stories and plugging away.Just completed my first 20 mins run without stopping . My delighted with my progress as I've never run before this C25k. Can't believe I couldn't even run for 1 full minute when I started. My son competes at Ironman distance triathlon and he is supportive of my efforts.just keep trucking folks.

20 minutes non stop that's brilliant. It really shows you what you can achieve with the right plan and great effort. Well done you 😊😊

Congratulations Rungranny on completing that 20 minute run of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊

I’ve noticed a lot of people saying w6r1 catches people out - what do you mean?

Nothing horrible! But it does go back to an interval and sometimes catches people unaware if they almost feel they are at the end of the Plan after being excited by 5-3. Still a bit to go to get to 30 minutes. Just take it steady & you’ll be fine. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
