Having hung up my running shoes 25 years ago as family life got in the way, I never thought I would ever put them back on my feet, here I am at 50 years old, remembering how I enjoyed it and i am now pounding the pavements again. I was slow to start off, and had a moment after week one where I thought I was mad and too old to start running again but I soon shook that off. Bring it on W3 and good luck to all my fellow C25K friends ππ»ππ»π

Well done, of course, you are not too old at 52 to start running I am 72 and for the first time in my life ran for 20 minutes a few weeks ago as part of C25K, that was W5R3.

Iβve just done W3R2 as well and so glad Iβm doing this. Iβm a little younger than you but still feeling it in my knees and shins.
Knees not so bad, but yes I feel it in my shins, if you enjoy it, don't stop ππ»ππ»
