Felt very tired tonight, been on my feet for 9 hours at work today and just felt tired 💤 but I really wanted to go for it tonight. I knocked 10seconds off R1 so pleased with that! Also weighed today and have lost 3lb this week!
Very nervous about W2 .... any tips will be gratefully received.

Well done on completing week 1, it's a great achievement. You'll be fine with week 2 just keep taking it nice and easy. I'm with Kamia in the fact that I actually found week 2 easier. The way I looked at it was that although the runs were a little longer, you didn't have to do as many as in week 1 😉
