OH YES, and not only that but when Laura said if I feel OK maybe speed up a little, I actually sprinted for the last minutes and a bit. Or at least it felt like sprinting to me. LOL
Oh and what a fabulous morning for jogging. I'm so glad I chickened out yesterday and waited for today, because it was grey and freezing and blowing a gale here yesterday. Sunny, cool and almost no wind today.
So on to week 8 on Monday. Slow and steady, slow and steady.
Happy jogging people.

Snap!! I have also finished W7 this morning. It was also lovely here in not so sunny Belgium. It makes such a difference when there is almost no wind. Really enjoyed my run this morning and roll on Monday for W8 We almost have that lovely shiny badge
Well done BOTH of you! It is a lovely day today - lets hope spring might decide to stay a while. All the very best for the last weeks ahead - look forward to hearing about graduation runs soon. Cheers Linda
I struggled with week 7, I only managed 18 mins of run1 and 2 and 20 mins of run3. So I repeat the week, but I didn't put any pressure on myself I listen to the 20 minute podcast and just set out to do anything over 20 minutes and it worked for me. I did 26 minutes, run2 did 25 minutes and then on the 3rd run I listend to the week 7 podcast and finished the week. Try not to think too much about it. let your mind wander.
Thanks for the advice Caz! If I have the same trouble with w7 r2 I think I'll do something similar. Don't know how I got to the end, felt ill after and nearly fainted!! Might be time to take the pressure off and repeat a couple of runs
