So happy and proud of myself.......9 weeks ago I couldnβt run to save my life......today completed W9R3 and felt quite comfortable even in the heat!
Now to build from here......have set myself the ambitious target of going from non runner in June 2019 to completing the Race To The Tower Ultra in July 2020 (already entered!). Lots of hard work ahead but I believe I can do it.
Itβs great to read the inspirational posts on here......everyone is very supportive
Happy Running Everyone! ππ

Congratulations to you Tommy999 on completing C25K and graduating, well done, good luck for your Race to the Tower Ultra next year, I assume that is a ultra marathon, in training for that I would think that you should run a 5k,10k,10 mile, half marathon, a full 26 mile marathon and then that ultra Tower marathon next July, whoop, that's a lot of training for you in what now is less than a year.
Back to now, to get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE π next to your username leave a message on the August graduation Healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated from C25K and graduated π π π.
Congratulations! Now thereβs a challenge, just 52.4 miles... good luck and enjoy the journey to that one! Allow yourself some celebration time too, thatβs important!
Great stuff Tommy! Youβve walked it; not literally of course! Hope you reach that challenging target. Main thing is the strength fitness and nice people you will pick up along the way.π
Congratulations and well done you π Wowee, you've set yourself a big target for next year!...I expect to see you over on Bridge to 10K very soon πββοΈπ
