W1 R2 and knee has gone mental!!

So this evening I did my second run of week one. After my run on Monday my left knee was feeling a little stiff but then today it felt really bruised and my kneecap felt all squashy!

It wasn't until I got in the bath this evening that I noticed my entire left knee is really bruised - I'm a little freaked out!!

Can anyone shed any light,......pleeeeease?? :-/

Maybe you should get it checked out?

Can you see a bruise? Or does it just feel bruised?

There is a huge bruise that covers my whole kneecap. It's bigger today :-(

And you haven't bashed it? In which case I do suggest you see your doctor.

Doctor !

R.I.C.E is the answer, that and the quack if it doesn't get better soon.

Good luck, and stop running until it's better.
