My favourite route ends by a field of Shetland ponies, tonight after my first 30 Min run of week 9 they blessed me by introducing me to their gorgeous foals π Iβm in love!! I canβt think of a better treat at the end of my run π
The run itβs self felt great, my legs are slowly beginning to feel stronger... like they have enough strength left to complete the run. My breathing is natural now not something I have to concentrate as much on now, pace was slow but consistent and more comfortable... Iβm sure the speed and distance will improve in time and I feel like Iβm actually getting there now and that I have the confidence to keep going and believe I can πͺπΌ and I will βΊοΈ

Ohhh *melt* they are so so sweet, how adorable π. I know how you feel, my run starts and ends with a field of horses and donkeys and they do cheer me up. Congratulations on the 30 min run too! πππ
So cute! It's strange isn't it how the body seems to adjust all of a sudden. Like something just clicks. Good luck with your last week. I am also doing my first 30 min run tomorrow but am looking forward to seeing if I can do it πββοΈπββοΈπͺ
I didnβt think I would possibly have 2 more minutes in me before doing it... but your right it did click and before I knew what happened MJ was saying well done just 30 seconds left π
