I suspect it doesn't count towards the actual W9 but I will confess that the 6 runs over weeks 8 and 9 for me were pretty much made up as I went. I put together playlists made up entirely of 5 minute songs; walked one, ran 6 (or sometimes 7 and on the final run, 8) and walked one to cool down. I didn't really need my coaches motivation by that stage, so I just did what felt right but made sure not to do anything silly (apart from running almost 40 minutes on the final run to actually get to 5k).Enjoy your last few runs. Graduation is just around the corner and the regulars here will be waiting to cheer you over the line.
Not really Couchpotato101, when I was doing C25K with run 3 of week 8, I ran for 29 minutes, it may have been 30 as I was only using my wrist watch for timing.Have one day off running and run the first of the 3/30 minute runs of week 9, good luck for your graduation run ๐๐พ ๐
