Just done run 3 so week 1 done. I have decided to do a different run for each run in a week so I cannot compare how I have done. Living near the top of a hill, some bits will be uphill ( hard) others downhill ( easier) virtually none level. The weather is brilliant so highly motivating, long may it last.
Week 2 here I come!
Thank you everyone for all the encouragement, it really does help.

I started running nearly five years ago. I live in a hilly area too. The flattest route I could find for starting Couch to 5K on had 30m of climb over about 1.5km.
The final 200m or so of the out-and-back route I was using was a very slight rise. Back then it was a real slog to do that last short stretch at the end of the run.
Every year on the anniversary of my first ever C25K run I do the Week 1 Run 1 again, to remind me of how far I've come. That rise feels like nothing nowadays.
