Hi,

Currently I am on my week 6. I have started having mouth ulcers since past 2 weeks. I have hardly faced it during my whole life. Also dry mouth as well. Can it be because of I have started running ?

Has anybody else faced such issues ?

Thanks.

I was just searching for it online. These symptoms are faced generally by marathon runners. :-)..

I am thinking of taking a day or two off to see how things go.

Hope they get better quickly 😟

That’s great that it’s cleared up.

Well done for finishing W6R2. That is such a milestone because it is the end of all the intervals. No more walking for you! (Apart from the warm up and cool down, of course).

Really good luck! 😀
