Just got back from today’s run and I have finally managed a total overall distance of 5K during this run.
I am over the moon with the progress I’m making over the last couple of weeks. If I’m honest, after the first few weeks of the program, I didn’t believe that I was going to make it near running for this long but here we are.
I know that this is an overall distance so I didn’t actually run a total of 5k because of the 5 min warm up and 5 min warm down but assuming I keep with the progress on the next few weeks, I really think I’ll have a shot at running for 5k and who knows, may even be close to doing it in 30mins.
