I completed c25k a few ago and before embarking on the bridge to 10K wanted to get a few 5’s under my belt until I felt comfortable with my breathing etc, anyhow set off this afternoon thinking I would go a new route and not worry whether it was 5k or not, could not believe when I got back to my starting point I’d only ran 6.23k and beat my usual pace....just wow, so enjoyable still felt I had more in the tank as well, I’m just so chuffed with myself 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Fantastic - well done! It’s a great feeling! Sometimes the runs where you don’t put any pressure on yourself are the best!👍
