Went out at 5 am again! What is going on? It’s like my body throws me out of bed on run days 🏃♂️
😃 Another 25 min run....MJ tells me that’s it for walking now, just running no stops! 7 weeks ago ....”no way”! The last two runs......”ok then”
I still can’t believe I’m doing this without too much trouble....not just that, and don’t ask me how, but I’m actually enjoying it. I ran in the Army years ago, you had to, but I hated it 🙁 This, I’m loving! I feel better emotionally & physically & am dropping weight 👍🏻😃
